Interlink is looking for an exceptional and dynamic Project Manager covering Volunteering Programmes. You will be confident in your leadership, facilitation and line management skills.

• Post title: Project Manager – Volunteering
• Salary: NJC SCP 23, £34,434 (£35,570) to 24, £35,412 (£36,581) after completion of a probationary period. Pro-rata for part-time hours. Inflationary pay award pending (figures in brackets).
• Hours: 30 or 37 hours per week
• Contract: 18 months (continuation will be subject to funding).
• Location: Working remotely and in community venues in RCT. Interlink has an office base in Pontypridd. 

You will need to be: 

• Be proactive and solution-focused, with the ability to work independently. 

• Skilled in building positive and productive relationships with colleagues, individuals, groups, and partners.  

• A confident communicator able to engage, influence and gain commitment from groups and partners. 

• Committed to person-centred practice, coproduction and equality, diversity and inclusion. 

• Facilitate and coordinate partnership projects and networks including the RCT Trail Blazers programme, the RCT Volunteering Network and Volunteers Week. 

• Line-manage the Volunteering Officer (Community Advice Team). 

• A relevant degree or higher-level qualification and at least 5 years’ experience of leading/ managing projects. 

• Available for an in person interview at Interlink offices between 1pm and 5pm on the 7 October 2026.
