An important message from Interlink RCT (regarding riots and racism)

To all our Interlink RCT members, local communities and our valued partners,

Over the past week, we have witnessed distressing and shocking events. We recognise the profound impact these have on our staff, members and our diverse communities.

Interlink RCT and our members stand firmly against racism and Islamophobia and the rioting and violence taking place. We are committed to supporting all members of our community in these challenging times and stand in solidarity to those affected by these terrible actions. We will continue to work with you to celebrate and promote diversity, respect and understanding in our local communities.

The Charity Commission have released this press release and guidance: Charity Commission statement in response to riots and public disorder – GOV.UK (www.gov.uk)
