In partnership with Charity Job Finder, we want to provide our members with the ability to recruit professionally and access resources to make sure you hire the best people for your organisation. The platform advertises positions to attract talented and ambitious individuals to work in the charity and not-for-profit sectors.

As an Interlink RCT member you can access a free job advert worth £165 on Charity Job Finder and a 10% discount on all purchases. You will also be able to access free advice from third-sector professionals, from structures for job descriptions and personal specifications to reviewing the advert for you before it goes live.

Step 1. If you are not already, become an Interlink RCT member. The membership form can be found on our website here.

Step 2. Contact communityadvice@interlinkrct.org.uk for the discount codes, and they will be sent to you once your membership is confirmed.

Step 3. Member organisations will need to register on the Charity Job Finder site, its really easy and takes 10 minutes. If you let them know whether you are a registered charity and they will set your account so you are exempt from vat.

Step 4. When you post a job, before you get to the basket, you will be asked to include a discount code, which will get you a free standard advert (this can only be used once), or 10% off.
