Established in 1987, Artis Community is an arts-based charity that strives to make a difference in people’s lives through participation in professional community art experiences.

Artis Community believes in the transformational power of creativity to make a real difference to people.

They also want to raise awareness of their move into the YMa building in Pontypridd through engaging with young people and recruiting volunteers.

“This is a huge step for us and will have a positive impact on the communities of Pontypridd and Merthyr Tydfil.  It is therefore important that we recruit volunteers to help us on our journey.  Interlink RCT have been instrumental in this. 

Katelyn has been an excellent source of help, providing us with high-quality volunteers and always giving practical support when needed.  

She has signposted us to internal sources and external agencies, to help us increase engagement. 

We are also always kept up-to-date with training opportunities for staff and volunteers.”
