To celebrate the end of their ENRaW funding, which allowed the opportunity to help bring together the ‘RCT Green Social Prescribing Network’, Coed Lleol will provide a foraging session led by one of their Activity Leaders. This is also a chance to come together again and find out more about what everyone does and how we can work together going forward.
