Calling all leaders! Arwain is the new RCT Community and Voluntary Sector Leaders Network.

Interlink RCT are facilitating the leaders of community and voluntary organisations in RCT to come together to discuss shared challenges and opportunities. Come and join us for our first session facilitated by USW and attended by our first special guest, Paul Mee, Chief Executive, RCTCBC.

The community and voluntary sector are expected to be the last line of defence, dealing with crises and supporting communities with the cost of living. Leaders are expected to lead and succeed with limited funding, support and recognition.

The Leaders Forum will enable leaders to come together, discuss shared issues and challenges, and explore opportunities to work together, both in practical terms and work constructively with strategic partners, commissioners and funders. The Forum will look at leadership support, learning, development, peer support and coaching.
