• Salary: NJC sp 21 £30,825 rising to NJC sp 22 £31,364 after successful completion of a probationary period.

We have a fulltime vacancy available to join our existing, dynamic team of Wellbeing Coordinators across Rhondda Cynon Taf.     

Wellbeing Coordinators work with individuals to enable them take greater control of their own health & wellbeing and address their needs through identifying their interests and connecting them to activities, groups and services in the community.
