• Salary: SCP 21, £28,900 (£29,439 after completion of a probationary period)

We have two full time vacancies available to join our existing, dynamic team of Wellbeing Coordinators across Rhondda Cynon Taf (one of which is a temporary maternity leave cover).

Wellbeing Coordinators work with individuals to enable them to take greater control of their own health & wellbeing and address their needs through identifying their interests and connecting them to activities, groups and services in the community.
