Individuals’ advice

We’re here to help. You might benefit from support to boost to your wellbeing, COVID-19 assistance, volunteering, or getting involved in your community. Please see the options below.

Our COVID-19 support page has lists of groups who can help you in the pandemic. Also, it has advice for people who were previously shielding and a wellbeing support pack, as well as useful links.

Our wellbeing coordinators support people with social, practical and emotional issues. They signpost and refer people to local services, groups and activities which improve health and wellbeing. See our support and wellbeing page for all the options available.

Doing something for the community can make you feel good while doing good. You can meet new people while developing skills for a job, and giving something back to the community. Also it’s a great way to keep active, find out what’s going on locally, and work on a cause you’re passionate about.

Find out how you can volunteer on our volunteering page.

There’s lots of things taking place in RCT. If you want to feel connected to it all, see the options available on the community involvement page.
